Eric Duvin is a classically trained French chef with more than 40 years of professional culinary experience. Throughout his career he has cooked, taught, and refined the techniques that form the foundation of authentic French cuisine.

After decades working in professional kitchens and training cooks at every level, Eric now shares his knowledge with passionate home cooks who want to move beyond recipes and truly understand how cooking works.

His teaching focuses on the principles that define classical French technique — precision, structure, and respect for ingredients — helping students build confidence, skill, and independence in their own kitchens.
